Beta Motor Finland entrusted me with a comprehensive website renewal project to modernize their online presence. The existing website, built on an outdated custom CMS, was challenging to manage and lacked user-friendly features. My goal was to create a dynamic, easy-to-maintain WordPress website aligned with Beta Motor’s brand identity and optimized for user experience.

I chose WordPress as the new CMS due to its flexibility, scalability, and alignment with the client’s need for frequent content updates.
Data Migration:
- Extracted and migrated data from the old custom CMS to WordPress.
- Overcame limited database access and lack of documentation by manually transferring critical product information, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Design and development:
- Referenced Beta Motor’s official global website to maintain brand consistency.
- Designed a clean, user-friendly interface tailored to the Finnish market.
- Implemented features to simplify product updates and improve website navigation.
Testing and Feedback:
Conducted usability testing with a small group of users, incorporating their feedback to refine the design and functionality.
